GARANTÍA DE SATISFACCIÓN:
1.- Cobertura de la Garantía de Satisfacción:
Si compraste un producto nuevo, sin haberlo usado y cambiaste de parecer, tendrás hasta 15 días corridos desde el día que despachamos el producto para hacer válida nuestra Garantía de Satisfacción Gratuita.
2.- Exclusiones de la Garantía de Satisfacción:
Sin perjuicio de otras exclusiones, alcances o consideraciones establecidas y señaladas por el vendedor, se deja expresa constancia de un par de ellas:

3.- Responsabilidad de las partes:
Para tu tranquilidad, la devolución del producto será costeada por GMSPRO! Recuerda que será así exclusivamente si se utiliza la plataforma indicada por nosotros en el apartado de CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES.
Para esto, deberás completar la información correspondiente en la plataforma dispuesta en la página oficial de GMSPRO, en el mismo apartado indicado en el punto anterior.
Los productos deben regresar sin que hayan sido abiertos, y deben conservar su sellado y embalaje original. Si son recibidos y no se cumple este requisito, la Garantía de Satisfacción queda inválida, ya que el producto pierde el estado de nuevo, sellado y con sus envoltorios originales, y se procederá a la devolución del mismo al cliente una vez que éste último haya reembolsado los costos de envío ida y vuelta. Se reitera y se aconseja la revisión de la compra a fin de que cumpla con los requerimientos impartidos en este instrumento.
4.- Forma de hacer efectiva la Garantía de Satisfacción
Para iniciar el proceso y hacer efectiva la Garantía de Satisfacción, el cliente deberá solicitar una etiqueta de envío mediante la plataforma indicada por GMSPRO en el apartado de CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES. Con ella, procederá a enviar el producto a GMSPRO, en el estado que se ha recalcado en este instrumento.
5.- Consideraciones generales
Esta garantía garantiza la calidad y la satisfacción para nuestros clientes al adquirir productos completamente nuevos y sin uso previo.
La garantía mencionada no cubre aquellos artículos que presentan la designación "Open Box" o "Seminuevo" en el título y en la descripción del producto.
GARANTÍA LEGAL:
La garantía legal se encuentra señalada en la ley 19.496, estableciendo normas sobre protección de los derechos de los consumidores, otorgándole plazos y alternativas al consumidor como solución ante la compra de un producto nuevo que es defectuoso, le faltan piezas o partes, no es apto para el uso que fue destinado, entre otras situaciones que menciona la referida ley.
Si compraste un producto nuevo y salió defectuoso, puedes elegir entre 3 alternativas en un período de 6 meses:
- Devolución del dinero.
- Cambio del producto.
- Reparación gratuita.
Para esto, tendrá el plazo de 6 meses desde la fecha en que el consumidor haya recibido el producto, siempre que éste no sufriera deterioro por hecho imputable al consumidor.
